We train people to work confidently, safely, and smart. We don't do tickets.
Scroll to contentWhat's wrong with most training?
Too much technical training is built around the product, not the person.
Inside OEM’s It’s tied to specific turbines, focused on ticking compliance boxes and “familiarisation”instead of improving competence. We see too much reliance on VR/AR and E-learning (you know, the ones where you skip through as fast as you can so you answer questions on things you don’t care about?)…not enough hands-on.
If you work outside of the OEM’s you’re stuck with basic training and hoping you get paired with a tech onsite that knows what they're doing, is good at explaining it and has the time to teach you.
Too much of the technical training in the wind industry is:
Out of reach for contractors.
Focused on certificates.
Delivered by people without wind turbine experience
Built for quantity, not quality
It’s not just unhelpful, it’s slowing people down, shutting people out, and holding the industry back.
Our training is built around people and principles, not products, so knowledge sticks and skills transfer across technologies.
It’s open to everyone, built by people who’ve done the job, and focused on giving technicians what they actually need on site. Whether you’re upskilling your team or building a brand-new course, we deliver straight-talking, site-relevant training with no slide deck marathons and no box-ticking.
We give learners hands-on experience so they can get comfortable with the tools they’ll be working with and systems they'll be working on whilst doing the job - this builds competence and confidence where it matters most.

Level-up, with hands-on electrical training using live systems, real rigs, and practical scenarios. No fluff, just what the Job demands.
Operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems is an integral part of being a wind turbine technician, in this course we teach technicians how to handle the pressure onsite.
No more "swap and pray". Technicians master methodical, hands-on interrogation of wind turbine control systems for when “it’s just not working” isn’t good enough.
We help you move from concept to competence, whether you’re starting with a blank slate or expanding your training offering. We co-design every detail to meet your standards, fit your setup, and deliver real value for learners and instructors alike.
From curriculum planning and resource builds to trainer mentoring and accreditation, we’re hands-on through it all.
GWO BTT modules, further education, something entirely bespoke - whatever you’re aiming to deliver, we’ll help you build it right the first time.
Full design and delivery for BTT Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Bolt Tightening modules.
We co-develop college courses shaped to your spec, your learners, and the goal: real job outcomes.
We design custom pathways with built-in progression, assessment, and hands-on, job-focused learning.
Not at all. While wind is our bread and butter, the principles we teach apply far beyond turbines. If your team works with electrical, hydraulic or mechanical systems - whether in manufacturing, maintenance, or heavy industry - they’ll get serious value from our training. We’ve worked with teams across sectors, and we build every course around real-world kit and challenges, not job titles.
Definitely. We build training around your spec, your setup, and your goals. Whether you’ve got a standard to meet or a gap to fill, we’ll help you turn that into a course that works; from kit to content to trainer support. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll guide you through it.
It depends on what you need, but we’ve delivered full training setups in under 8 weeks. Once we understand your goals, we’ll build a clear plan and timeline to get you up and running fast.
Yes - our Electrical Upskilling Course is open to individual technicians looking to raise their game. It’s hands-on, high-level, and built to make you sharper on site. Check out the course overview or get in touch to book a spot.
We also have a Hydraulic Upskilling and a Troubleshooting Course in the pipeline so sign up to hear from us to be the first to hear about it.
