Inside OEM’s It’s tied to specific turbines, focused on ticking compliance boxes and “familiarisation”instead of improving competence. We see too much reliance on VR/AR and E-learning (you know, the ones where you skip through as fast as you can so you answer questions on things you don’t care about?)…not enough hands-on.

If you work outside of the OEM’s you’re stuck with basic training and hoping you get paired with a tech onsite that knows what they're doing, is good at explaining it and has the time to teach you.

Is your training only for wind turbine technicians?

Not at all. While wind is our bread and butter, the principles we teach apply far beyond turbines. If your team works with electrical, hydraulic or mechanical systems - whether in manufacturing, maintenance, or heavy industry - they’ll get serious value from our training. We’ve worked with teams across sectors, and we build every course around real-world kit and challenges, not job titles.
I have a specific course requirement, can you help me meet it?

Definitely. We build training around your spec, your setup, and your goals. Whether you’ve got a standard to meet or a gap to fill, we’ll help you turn that into a course that works; from kit to content to trainer support. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll guide you through it.
How long does it take from design to delivery?

It depends on what you need, but we’ve delivered full training setups in under 8 weeks. Once we understand your goals, we’ll build a clear plan and timeline to get you up and running fast.
Do you train individual wind turbine technicians?
